Projectmanager Development

Lamers HTS as part of Aalberts Advanced Mechatronics, is a leading industrialization partner of high purity gas and fluid distribution, control, and delivery systems. As a manufacturing expert in machine conditioning, Lamers relieves its customers with system development, engineering, manufacturing, and lifecycle management. Lamers acts as a first tier supplier and focusses on the semiconductor, aerospace, pharma, food, and science markets. The systems and modules provide controlled flow of (ultra)pure gases and liquids to high safety standards for the high-tech machinery of our OEM customers.

As project manager development, you manage multiple development projects simultaneously on timing, budget, and external & internal stakeholder management. The development projects have a high-tech and conceptual engineering type of content. The technical topics of the development projects are of a physics and chemistry nature. You will govern the start, progression, and finalization of these development activities on timing and resources to manage customer expectations.

Core tasks:

• Develop and maintain budget, resources, competences, and planning of the project
• Managing internal stakeholders, production, purchase, planning, and logistics to enable easy communication and transparent progressions on project
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, customer demand, and team performance
• Continuously aware of project risks and owner of the mitigation actions thereof
• Daily determination of development project prioritization and follow-up actions;
• Organize reviews in which deviations are discussed, action points agreed upon or deviations accepted
• Assess whether partial results fit within the agreed specifications and whether deliveries meet specifications
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
• Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities towards the project goal

For the role of projectmanager development, you bring the following knowledge and experience with you:

• Bachelor or master`s degree in engineering, e.g., mechanical, physics, chemistry, or other relevant discipline
• At least 5 year experience in an advanced management role
• Experience in a development manufacturing environment
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

On a personal level you have the following competences:

• Ownership, forward-looking, multi disciplinary, decisive, team plater, proactive, assertive, problem solving and effective
• Experienced and affinity with technology and technical environment
• Good social and communication skills
• You can communicate in English fluently, both verbally as well in writing, Dutch and German is added value
