your future role

As business controller you are responsible for the preparation and execution of analyses and you are active in suggesting improvements to improve the management information. In a numerical way you support the management of the organization, risks and the realization of our objectives. You make the financial translation to the business and vice versa.

The department consists of a small specialist team of four analytical colleagues and you will report to our financial director.

General tasks and responsibilities

  • Analyzing processes and actively working on improvements in the organization;
  • Performing controls and making analyses;
  • Supporting financial planning and budgeting;
  • Performing ad hoc assignments in the financial area;
  • Playing a key role in the implementation of our new ERP system within the finance department;
  • Supporting the finance director;
  • Further strengthening the financial and BI knowledge within the department.

your profile

We are looking for a business controller with an ambitious character and strong analytical skills. You are proactive, willing to roll up your sleeves and enterprising. Keywords such as customer-focused and hands-on fit perfectly with the person we are looking for!

In addition, you have/are:

  • A completed bachelor/master degree in Finance or Business Administration;
  • An expert in MS Excel;
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage;
  • A team player;
  • Cost conscious and stress resistant;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
