functie omschrijving

You will be responsible for everything related to the building and its contracts. Lamers has outsourced many facility components, such as technology, cleaning and the fleet. You manage, monitor and evaluate these services. And you look further: you identify new opportunities and investigate whether they are technically, operationally and financially feasible.

  • You take care of the technical management and maintenance, with an eye for safety and quality of the structural and architectural parts and the technical installations. To do this, you draw up a budget and planning and you make improvement proposals.
  • You advise on (new) policies for site and building management, fleet management, cleaning and environment, and the management of the (building) technical installations and other systems.
  • You identify facility developments in relation to current supplier contracts and investigate new opportunities. You manage and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • You follow the relevant laws and regulations concerning the environment and construction, and ensure that Lamers complies with them.
  • You are a liaison with various departments of the government and the municipality of Nijmegen.
  • You manage the toolshop manager, who is responsible for calibrations and maintenance of tools and measurement equipment.
  • You are an active participant and initiate improvements in the field of BHV and VGWM.

functie eisen

  • A completed relevant education at the HBO level, preferably Facility Management with affinity and/or experience in the technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in facility management.
  • Knowledge of and experience with management and maintenance of cleanrooms is an advantage.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those concerning the environment and construction.
  • Flexible worker who agrees with (limited) flexibility on weekends and in the evenings.
