job description
In the role of Programme Manager NPI, you will manage several teams, often working across multiple departments. You are not only responsible for the technical management of the projects, but also for planning, resource management, budget monitoring and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
NPI projects are often highly unpredictable. This requires a team with creative developers, as well as product designers, software programmers, buyers and other disciplines. Your job is to create a clear plan to meet the agreed requirements.
Does it always work as expected? Usually not of course, which is why the role of project manager is so important to get the best results and manage the expectations of all stakeholders well.
You are a natural leader. With your experience in change management and performance reviews, you know how to motivate your team to do their best every day. And while you stay focused on the big picture, you never lose sight of the details.
job requirements
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent command of the English language in word and writing; knowledge of Dutch and German is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within a production environment (e.g. Prince II).
- Demonstrable experience in executing NPI or development projects.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or with gas and fluid systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse and international working environment.
