your future role

Because of the mentioned growth we are looking for several candidates to train internally as an Employee QC / Quality Controller.

The work of the Employee QC / Quality Controller is in the final stage of our production process. You will set up an "in-line" control, after which you will carry out the quality controls on the basis of random samples.

  • giving firm and well-founded quality assessments on the basis of the production guide card (PGK)
  • drawing up quality reports and registering shortcomings in the appropriate software
  • Setting up a quality standard (SPC) within the various PE steps.
  • consulting and communicating with stakeholders on quality issues and making improvement proposals to increase quality in the line, but also stimulating employees to bring the work to a higher level.

your profile

Now that you know what you will be doing, the question is: do you recognize yourself in the following list?

  • A completed MBO WTB or WTB experience. supplemented with relevant courses,
  • experience in the field of carrying out the above-mentioned quality measurements and familiarity with the measuring equipment is a plus
  • you are able to work in a disciplined, highly accurate and precise manner,
  • You can work well independently within a team,
  • You are not afraid to point out mistakes, you always carefully document these,
  • Working with various software applications such as ERP and other digital tools are a matter of course for you,
  • you communicate easily with different levels within our company in Dutch (level B1) and / or English (level B1),

Our quality requirements are high. Therefore, your quality awareness is essential for the optimal and safe functioning of the machines and systems.
