Proces Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you will create, monitor, and optimize production processes in our state-of-the-art cleanrooms. By staying informed about innovations and developments in your sector, you will continuously improve processes. This ensures not only the enhancement of existing processes but also guarantees that new products and processes meet the required standards before introduction. You will work independently and contribute to fostering a culture of improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

• Optimizing technical processes and implementing technological innovations;
• Drafting specifications for existing and new equipment through technical documentation and test guidelines;
• Proactively identifying product quality risks and devising potential solutions in collaboration with engineering and operations;
• Participating in cross-functional continuous improvement processes;
• Developing standardized instructions;
• Providing support in drafting and monitoring maintenance plans.

You possess:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or a similar role;
• HBO-level education in fields such as Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines;
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages;
• Experience within a high-tech environment.

As a Process Engineer, you will receive a salary of up to €5700 gross per month, in line with scale I10, depending on knowledge and experience. Additionally, you are entitled to 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.
